Your method of refund depends on the payment method you used when you purchased the item.
a. For credit card purchases, the payment will be refunded back to the same credit card used.
b. For cash on delivery purchases, the payment will be refunded to your DelaDele.com Account as a credit balance. You can use this credit balance to purchase an item again or you can also initiate withdrawal of the amount and we will transfer it to your local bank account.
